7iwin Terms and Conditions – General Platform Rules for Brazilian Players

By accessing, browsing, or using any feature of the 7iwin platform — whether via mobile browser, desktop, or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This acceptance is reaffirmed when you complete the registration process on the platform by checking the box indicating your agreement to the terms.

7iwin reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Whenever a significant change is made, you will be notified by email or through a notice displayed on the platform upon your next login. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this document regularly.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Guidelines of 7iwin, which form an integral part of this agreement.

To create an account at 7iwin, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration. 7iwin does not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances.
• Reside in Brazil or be a Brazilian citizen with legal access to online betting services.
• Hold a valid CPF issued by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal).
• Provide a valid email address and an active Brazilian mobile phone number.
• Not be serving a voluntary self-exclusion period on the 7iwin platform.
• Not having had a previous account closed due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Each user is entitled to only one active account at 7iwin. Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these terms, which may result in the permanent suspension of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses.

Users are responsible for keeping their registration details up to date. Outdated information — such as an incorrect phone number or inactive email address — may delay verification processes and withdrawals. Updates can be made directly in the 7iwin customer area or by contacting support.

7iwin uses an identity verification process — known in the industry as KYC (Know Your Customer) — to meet best security practices, prevent fraud, and protect users. Verification may be requested at any time, but is mandatory before processing withdrawals above certain amounts.

The documents that may be requested during the KYC process include:

• Photo ID: Valid national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), or passport;
• Proof of address: water, electricity, gas, or landline phone bill in the account holder's name, issued within the last 90 days;
• Selfie with ID: a photo of your face next to your ID document, to confirm account ownership;
• Proof of Pix key ownership: for Pix withdrawals, proof that the Pix key belongs to the same CPF registered on the account may be required.

The verification process is carried out by the 7iwin security team within up to 48 business hours of document submission. During this period, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. The user will be notified by email of the outcome.

7iwin does not share identification documents with third parties beyond what is necessary for payment processing and compliance with legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7iwin accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian users:

• Pix — primary method, with instant processing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Bank slip (Boleto) — processed within 2 business days after payment;
• Credit or debit card — Visa and Mastercard, processed within up to 30 minutes;
• PicPay — instant processing;
• Mercado Pago — processed within 30 minutes.

The minimum deposit accepted by 7iwin is R$ 20.00, regardless of the payment method used. There is no maximum deposit amount per transaction for most methods, but daily limits may apply for security reasons.

7iwin does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the user's financial institution are the sole responsibility of the user and vary depending on the bank or digital wallet used.

All deposits must be made exclusively by the registered account holder at 7iwin. Deposits from third parties, credit cards belonging to other individuals, or bank accounts with a CPF different from the one registered on the platform are not permitted.

Withdrawals at 7iwin are processed exclusively via Pix, to the Pix key linked to the account holder's CPF. Withdrawals to Pix keys belonging to third parties are not permitted, regardless of their relationship to the account holder.

The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. The standard processing time is up to 5 minutes after the request, except in cases where identity verification (KYC) is still pending, in which case the withdrawal will remain under review until the process is completed.

Conditions that may delay or suspend a withdrawal:

• Incomplete identity verification (KYC) or pending documentation;
• Suspected fraudulent activity or betting patterns inconsistent with normal platform use;
• Bonus balance that has not yet met the rollover requirement;
• First withdrawal request from the account, which may require additional validation of the Pix key;
• Request exceeding the withdrawal limits of the user's current VIP level.

7iwin does not charge any fees on Pix withdrawals. In exceptional cases where other withdrawal methods are made available, the applicable conditions and any fees will be communicated at the time of the request.

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Only real balance — resulting from deposits and winnings that have met the rollover requirement — is available for withdrawal. 7iwin clearly displays the split between real balance and bonus balance in the user's wallet.

7iwin offers a variety of promotions, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, free spins, and tournaments with prizes in BRL. Each promotion has its own specific terms published on the promotions page, which should be read before activation.

Welcome Bonus: 7iwin's first deposit bonus offers a 100% match on your deposit, up to R$ 500.00. The bonus is automatically credited to the user's wallet after a qualifying deposit via Pix, boleto, or another accepted method, with a minimum deposit of R$ 20.00. The bonus is subject to a rollover requirement (minimum wagering) that must be met before withdrawing any winnings generated from that credit.

General rules that apply to all 7iwin bonuses:

• Each bonus may be used only once per user, unless otherwise explicitly stated;
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts or users;
• The rollover is calculated on the total bonus amount received, not only on winnings;
• Bets where both sides are wagered simultaneously (hedging) do not count toward rollover;
• Slots and crash games contribute 100% of the wagered amount toward the rollover; live table games contribute between 10% and 20%, as specified in the promotion's terms;
• Bonuses have an expiration date — typically 30 days from the activation date. Expired bonuses are automatically cancelled;
• 7iwin reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected abuse or violation of these terms.

Weekly Cashback: Cashback is calculated based on net losses from the previous week (total lost minus total won). The percentage ranges from 3% to 15% depending on the user's VIP level — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, or Elite. The credit is applied every Monday as real balance, with no additional rollover requirement.

Sports Betting at 7iwin covers Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, MMA/UFC, NBB, volleyball, and dozens of other sports. All bets are accepted subject to the following general conditions:

• A confirmed bet on 7iwin is considered binding and cannot be unilaterally cancelled by the user after acceptance;
• 7iwin reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel bets at any time, particularly in cases of suspected odds errors or insider information;
• If an event is postponed, bets will remain open for up to 48 hours. After this period, bets on events that have not yet taken place will be cancelled and the amount returned to the user's balance;
• Bets on events concluded before the full regulation time will be settled based on the result at the time of the interruption, unless the specific rules of the competition determine otherwise;
• Typographical errors in odds (odds that are clearly incorrect and significantly above market rates) will be corrected and the corresponding bets may be voided, with the staked amount refunded.

Parlay bets (accumulators) are accepted at 7iwin with up to 20 selections per ticket. Each selection in a parlay must be from independent events — bets on different markets within the same game may only be combined when those markets are mutually independent.

Live bets are subject to additional conditions: odds fluctuate in real time and 7iwin may temporarily suspend markets during key moments of a game. Bets submitted during a temporary market suspension may be rejected or accepted at updated odds, as applicable.

The casino games available on 7iwin — including slots, live blackjack, baccarat, roulette, Crazy Time, and other titles — are provided by licensed developers and audited by independent laboratories. Published RTPs are verifiable, and all results are generated by certified random number generators (RNG).

By using 7iwin's casino games, the user acknowledges that:

• The outcome of each round is random and independent of previous results;
• RTP (Return to Player) is a theoretical percentage calculated over millions of rounds — individual session results may vary significantly;
• 7iwin does not manipulate, nor has the technical ability to manipulate, the results of games provided by certified partners;
• Technical failures during a game session — such as a connection drop — may result in the round being cancelled and the bet being refunded, in accordance with the game provider's rules.

In the event of a technical failure that negatively affects the user, 7iwin will review the case upon a support ticket submission and take the available actions within the platform's technical capabilities. 7iwin is not responsible for failures in game providers' systems that are outside its direct control.

The crash games available at 7iwin — Aviator, Spaceman, JetX, and similar titles — are built on provably fair technology, which allows any user to mathematically verify the integrity of any previous round. 7iwin provides verification instructions directly within each game's interface.

Specific rules for crash games at 7iwin:

• The automatic cashout runs on 7iwin's servers — even if the user loses connection, the scheduled cashout will be executed if the multiplier is reached before the crash;
• Manual cashout must be triggered before the crash to secure your winnings — any bet not cashed out before the crash results in a total loss for that round;
• Each round's seed is generated before it begins and can be verified after the round ends by any user who wishes to audit the result;
• Bets submitted after the official start of a crash round may be automatically rejected by the system.

7iwin hosts weekly crash games tournaments with prizes awarded in BRL. The specific terms for each tournament — including ranking criteria, prize amounts, and deadlines — are published on the promotions page at least 48 hours before the tournament begins.

The 7iwin platform must be used in a lawful, responsible, and respectful manner. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF or using another person's personal details;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity;
• Intentionally exploiting system errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities;
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to automate bets without 7iwin's express authorization;
• Sharing account credentials with third parties;
• Bets placed on both sides of the same outcome across accounts with the same real ownership (collusion);
• Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language directed at customer support or through any of 7iwin's communication channels;
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's technical operations, including DDoS attacks or reverse engineering attempts.

7iwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these conduct rules, without prior notice and with the possibility of forfeiting associated balances in cases where the violation involves proven fraud.

7iwin has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud of any kind. The platform's monitoring system continuously analyzes betting patterns, financial activity, and user behavior to detect suspicious activity.

Situations that 7iwin classifies as fraud and that result in immediate account suspension:

• Fraudulent chargeback of a deposit filed with the card issuer after the balance has already been used on the platform;
• Deposits made with a credit card or bank account not belonging to the registered account holder;
• Use of false or third-party identity information during registration or KYC;
• A systematic betting pattern aimed solely at meeting bonus rollover requirements (bonus hunting) with mathematically minimized risk;
• Manipulation of live game outcomes through collusion with other players at the table.

In all cases of suspected fraud, 7iwin may place a hold on the account balance while conducting an internal investigation. The user will be notified and given the opportunity to submit documentation proving the legitimacy of the transactions. The investigation may take up to 30 business days in complex cases.

7iwin is genuinely committed to responsible gambling. Sports Betting and casino games are a form of entertainment — not a source of income. The platform provides the following self-control tools, accessible directly in the user area without needing to contact support:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour waiting period;
• Session timer: set a maximum time per gaming session with an automatic alert when the limit is approaching;
• Temporary self-exclusion: lock your account for 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. During self-exclusion, accessing the platform, making deposits, or placing bets is not permitted;
• Permanent self-exclusion: request permanent account closure with no option to reopen;
• Full history: access the full record of all bets, deposits, and withdrawals, with filtering by date range.

The information collected during registration — CPF, email, phone number, address, and Pix banking details — is used exclusively for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, payment processing, and compliance with legal obligations.

7iwin does not sell users' personal data to third parties. Information may be shared with game providers and payment processors strictly for the delivery of contracted services, and with competent authorities upon formal legal request.

7iwin makes its platform available on an as-is basis, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or complete absence of technical errors. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or factors beyond 7iwin's control, such as third-party infrastructure failures.

7iwin is not responsible for:

• Losses resulting from bets placed by the user, as game outcomes are inherently random;
• Withdrawal delays caused by failures in the Brazilian banking system or Pix infrastructure that are outside the platform's control;
• Unauthorized access to a user's account caused by the user's own negligence (weak password, sharing credentials, logging in on public devices);
• Game failures caused by issues in licensed providers' systems that are beyond 7iwin's ability to intervene;
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

7iwin's maximum liability in any situation is limited to the total amount deposited by the user on the platform in the 30 days prior to the event that gave rise to the claim.

7iwin reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect on the date published in the document, following notification sent by email or a notice displayed on the platform upon the user's next login.

Changes that materially affect user rights — such as modifications to withdrawal rules, bonus mechanics, or account closure criteria — will be communicated at least 14 days before taking effect, except where a change is immediately required by law or regulatory directive.

Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with the changes, you may close your account by contacting support and withdrawing your available balance under the rules in effect at the time of closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from this agreement or the use of the 7iwin platform shall first be directed to 7iwin support, which is committed to responding within 10 business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved administratively, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
